OUR COMPANY
Wise Living started by producing wooden frames for upholstery. Their clientele in the start, were primarily private labels. From there, word of mouth landed the company custom projects for high-end interior design firms and designers.

They opened their first doors in South Los Angeles, manufacturing in a 25,000 sqft space with 6 full departments and two loading docks. Their team ranged from carpenters to seamstresses, and a project manager specializing in furniture design. In 2018, they expanded to the East Coast with a 30,000 sqft facility in High Point, North Carolina. With manufacturers on each coast, they've produced high volumes for projects across the country.

Today, Wise Living embarks on a new chapter. They've decided to close their doors in Los Angeles, and invest in their building in High Point, North Carolina. The company continues to specialize in private label and custom furniture making for hospitality projects.

They continue to value the importance of community and being environmentally cautious—ethically sourced material, working with local carpenters and nonprofits to craft your designs into existence.

I'm Pepe, the owner and Founder of Wise Living Inc. I love collaborating with designers and constructing an item that plays a huge role in one's comfort life.

Based out of Los Angeles California and now extended to High Point, North Carolina, I look forward to establishing stronger roots on the East Coast. Our High Point workshop has reintroduced the Turning Department on an entire level, creating room for additional exciting projects!
