Payment
Wise Living Inc. requires a 50% deposit of the total purchase price for all projects to officialize a purchase order and process the items for production (the process in terms of working on shop drawings and getting samples matched and approved, etc.) For payment, we accept checks, credit cards, and ACH payments.
Please note that payments paid with a credit card are subject to a 3% surcharge. This surcharge can be avoided if you decide to pay by check or through ACH. No third-party payments will be accepted unless approved in writing by Wise Living Inc. Acceptance of a third-party payment is an accommodation and does not create any relationship between Wise Living Inc. and the third party.

Color & Appearance
We have done our best to display our products as accurately as possible. However, color, texture, and graining variations can occur in natural products like leather, wood, and stone. These are not considered imperfections or defects. For leather and wood products all colors and grains are bound to have variations in every production line.
Color representations on computer terminals and screens can be different based on settings and display technologies. You agree that you cannot dispute the finish, color, texture, or any other physical attribute after approving the sample(s) of your choice or taking delivery of a product. You can request a sample to be shipped to you for better examination before approval. Samples are free of charge if you have an order placed with a 50% deposit (the maximum number of samples you can order is 3), otherwise, you must purchase a sample and pay shipping.
Customers' Own Material
Production will not begin on any item requiring any type of fabric, leather, trim, cords, hardware, etc. supplied by the purchaser until all the material for the item(s) has arrived, been identified, and inspected. Wise Living Inc. assumes all COM received have been inspected and are ready for use. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that all materials are identifiable when received. The purchaser takes responsibility for the wear-ability, safety, or fire code validity of the materials supplied by the purchasers.
Wise Living Inc. takes no liability for the selection of materials chosen by the customer. Wise Living Inc. warranties do not extend to customers' own materials. All fabric defect-related claims are the sole responsibility of the customer and fabric vendor.
Warranty For Custom Orders
All custom orders are final sales and are not eligible for returns, modifications, cancellations, or refunds. Our warranty is voided and does not apply to any condition of the products caused in whole or in part by misuse, abuse, and incorrect: 1) installation, 2) maintenance, and, 3) cleaning care. Our warranty does not cover damages or defects caused by the use of chemical treatments or protective coatings on the products or any products that have been altered by any person, dealer, or company without the express written authorization of Wise Living Inc.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
This Limited Lifetime Warranty only covers normal household use. Our warranty does not apply to 1) products that were, at any time, used as a floor sample or display model, 2) any products purchased “as is” or second-hand, 3) any products purchased at a distress sale or a going-out-of-business sale, or 4) any products purchased from a liquidator.

The following Limited Lifetime Warranty (“Limited Lifetime Warranty”) is given to an original retail purchaser for the value of Wise Living’s manufactured upholstered products, manufactured case goods, and manufactured wood-based products purchased directly from Wise Living Inc.
Our lifetime warranty applies ONLY to all frames, springs, joints, bases, and hardware for the above-identified products. Wise Living Inc. warrants these components to the original retail purchaser to be free from material manufacturing defects. Lifetime means the normal useful life of the product.

Wise Living Inc. will pay the reasonable and customary labor rates to repair or replace the above-identified defective parts for the products and all related shipping costs from the original retail purchaser to and from Wise Living Inc. or the repair designated by Wise Living Inc., at no charge to the original retail purchaser.

If a problem should arise that you believe to be covered by our warranty, you must contact Wise Living Inc. at customerservice@wiselivinginc.com within a reasonable time after discovery. The original bill of sale and PO number is required for the fulfillment of our warranty. Wise Living Inc. will take all reasonable efforts to review your claim, determine whether your claim is covered by our warranty, and if it is covered, perform following the terms of herein.
Case Goods
Please follow our care instructions to ensure that your furniture remains well-kept. DO NOT use any alcohol-based cleaners on wood products manufactured by Wise Living Inc as you will experience the alcohol breaking down the finishing material used to stain and seal your furniture.

Requesting and approving your furniture to be made of solid wood is at your own risk. Solid wood is vulnerable to climate changes which cause it to either contract or expand. Moisture can damage wood finishes and soak into the wood underneath, causing it to split or swell. For example, a lot of people experience wood splitting or swelling with hardwood flooring, it’s the same thing with furniture made of solid wood.

Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches that occur with normal use, damages that result from improper use, and lack of care or negligence are not covered. Damage related to sun exposure is also not covered. This warranty also does not cover paint, veneers, and finishing materials.
Upholstery
Our warranty does not apply to fabrics, leather, cushioning, seams, tufting, or stains. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in Wise Living’s furniture.

Normal wear and tear, including compression of filling materials and loss of shape, damages that result from improper use, and lack of care or negligence are not covered. Damage related to sun exposure is not covered.

Variations in raw materials, color, texture, veins and voids
For the residential 5-year warranty, Wise Living Inc. will provide replacement part(s) at no charge with a lead time of 4-8 weeks. The customer is responsible for any labor and/or shipping charges on the replacement part(s) after two years of receiving the item from Wise Living’s manufacturer. Wise Living Inc. will reimburse local repair charges within that two-year window under the conditions that: 1) the repair service quote is first approved by Wise Living Inc. and 2) Wise Living Inc. does not guarantee the work performed by the local repair service, and cannot be held to further compensation in the event of dissatisfactory repair work.

The 1-year warranty starts from the date of delivery and lasts for 1 year. Wise Living Inc. will provide replacement part(s) and labor at no charge with a lead time of 4-8 weeks. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on the replacement part(s). Wise Living Inc. will cover labor or will reimburse local repair charges under the conditions that 1) the repair service quote is first approved by Wise Living Inc. and 2) Wise Living Inc. does not guarantee the work performed by the local repair service, and cannot be held to further compensation in the event of unsatisfactory repair work.
Shipping
We offer boxing and crating services for an additional charge and if requested can arrange shipping for our clients. Arranging shipping is an accommodation we offer if requested, but does not bind Wise Living to any further liabilities once the items have left our facility.
For items created by Wise Living Inc, we are liable for 50% of the damages caused in transit IF the crate is still intact and shows no sign of misuse and mishandling by the carrier. If the crate shows signs of misuse and mishandling, the carrier is fully responsible for the damages, and you must file a claim with the carrier company.

Upon receiving a shipment, we highly recommend examining the items and their packaging before signing off on the bill of lading. This step ensures that you receive your items in good condition and helps your claim with freight companies tremendously if you do receive the item(s) damaged. If you receive an item, sign the bill of lading, and later discover something wrong with the item, Wise Living will not be liable for 50% of the damages (only applies for crated items). Lastly, Wise Living is not responsible or liable for any delays in transit. We will kindly help track a shipment scheduled by us and provide our customer with a tracking number and carrier contact info.
Abandonment & Collections
Merchandise not paid for within 90 days of the invoiced date will be considered abandoned. In addition to any other remedy, Wise Living Inc. shall be entitled to liquidate the merchandise, retain all deposits, and apply such proceeds to the unpaid invoice balance. The purchaser is liable for any collections, legal fees, and expenses incurred in the collection of unpaid invoices and any storage or related fees.
Storage
If the customer is unable to take delivery of the order’s item(s) within 10 days of being contacted that the items are ready to ship, warehouse storage charges will be applied to the customer. The storage fee is calculated based on the order. If we keep your items in storage for a week it will be 5% of your invoice, every week the items are kept in storage the weekly fee increases by 2%. For example, the first-week storage fee is 5%, but the second week of storage will be 7% of your total invoice, and so forth.
If after a second attempt, the customer is unreachable by phone and/or email, unable, or unwilling to take delivery of the items after 3 weeks of the second notified attempt, Wise Living Inc. then has full discretion on how the ordered item(s) are to be handled.
