Hinoki & the Bird is a travel-inspired dining concept led by Executive Chef Brandon Kida, incorporating modern California cooking to vibrant new bounds. The Milo Garcia-designed indoor/outdoor space is housed on the ground floor of Related Companies’ luxury condominium tower, The Century.

 

The custom furniture for this restaurant was designed for both indoor and outdoor climates. Working with a variety of materials, to handcraft any custom design. The dining chairs were made of solid walnut as well as the table tops. The furniture was locally made at Wise Living's workshop in South Los Angeles and installed by their team.
