Vespertine is the vision of chef Jordan Kahn. The project was formed through a collaboration with architect Eric Owen Moss, and a group of renowned artists. The convergence of food, art, architecture, music, and sculpture is woven throughout to create an immersive, multi-sensory event.

Wise Living had the pleasure of being a part of this project and contributed by handcrafting the upholstered furniture on the first floor. The direction for design was to make the long custom banquette and lounge chairs to look as if they were sculpted and resembled the stone tables. The long banquette was made in sections and assembled on site to be able to make sure that it fit perfectly.
